Business communication uses clear and effective language and graphics to facilitate action and maintain business relationships. Most workers use both types of communication to do their jobs.
This workshop provides an overview of technical and business writing styles and design. We will discuss targeted strategies for concise and effective communication, including a review of diction, grammar and punctuation. We will also cover proofreading, revising and editing as part of the writing process. Supplemental web materials will be available during and after the workshop.
