Review Unit 6. Both readings will be on the final exam. We'll check answers in class next time.

We will get in groups next class and you will give a short presentation about your person - like the last time, EXCEPT this time, every person will have a specific question about your chapter. Be sure you understand the tricky parts of each chapter. For example:

Sae Young: Exactly what happened to her during the robbery? How would you describe it using more specific language? Why did Sam talk to her?
Curtis: Why did people call him "field slave"? What does that mean? Why did he help Royce?
Nora: How exactly does she help Mr. Myles garden? What happened to Mr. Myles; why is he in a wheelchair?
Maricela: Predict: How will she change? How will her family treat her? Why would Leona be a good person to talk to her?
Amir: How does his job affect him? Why is he different in the garden? Why was it hard for the Polish woman to thin the seedlings?

Also, think about what problem your person faces. How did they solve their problem in the garden? COULD they solve their problem?

Here's the Practice Final Exam. We will check answers next time.
