Jupan Yang has been earning credit for his marketing/sales associate position at Lustre Financial Services, a service center for Allstate Insurance. He opens the office, answers customers' questions regarding auto and home insurance, makes quotes, and processes payments and insurance claims. He has learned how to market insurance services by mailing materials to potential customers, calling current clients to cross-sell, and sending letters to selected former clients offering them the lowest rate in the market. His newest endeavor is spearheading the establishment of a new service offering at Lustre, tax preparation. As for future prospects, when he completes his A.A.S. in Marketing at PCC, he will further contribute to the expansion of Lustre by helping establish an import/export component with China. |
