About Me

      I was born and raised in a pretty small town in Oregon about an hour and a half south of Portland. While
growing up, I always loved the artistic and eco-friendly environment of Portland and wanted to live in that big
beautiful city as soon as I was old enough...And so I did just that! A couple months after my high school
graduation, and my 18th birthday, I moved to the Portland metro, where I happily still reside.

      I have always had a love of art and a great eye for detail. I have been drawing for as long as I can
remember, and began painting at around the age of 14. I am almost entirely self-taught, with the few
exceptions of some art classes I took in high school. I really enjoy realism and tattoo style artwork, and
aspire to be a tattoo artist one day.

Aside from my love of painting and drawing, I also enjoy a couple other things:

•      I really love reptiles; specifically lizards. They can make such great pets, as strange as it may seem.
  A lot of them are very social animals and enjoy to have the kind of social interaction that we as humans
  can give them. I have had my pet bearded dragon, Barnabee, for about two and a half years, and I continue
  to adore him just as much now as I did when I first got him.
•      Another great passion of mine has always been singing. I took voice lessons for five years before I moved
  to Portland. I am a poor college student, so I can no longer afford to take lessons, however I still greatly
  enjoy singing on my own. I am trained in classical and jazz music, but my favorite bands/artists (who are the most
  influential to me) are Blue October and Imogen Heap.
