Assignment-Part One
Read an on-line article of your choice. The article must be career-related.
It should be about the process of choosing a career, getting
a job, or about the career you are considering. Listed below are
three web sites where you could find such an article. In the case
of the third site, typing "Careers in Sociology" in
the search field led to this site. You could try this for any
other type of career. You may use these sites or others that you
find for the first part of the assignment.
1. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE)
has this site. You will find many articles about the job search
process, on-the-job success factors, and some articles about specific
career fields.
