Organizing Ideas (Project Development)

Often the hardest part of a project is coming up with a topic or focus.  The following process can help generate and consider ideas:

1.  Brainstorm (List ideas without evaluating them)

2.  Cluster (Organize like ideas together

3.  Order (Prioritize clusters into most relevant/important/practical)

4.  Censor (Edit and choose clusters)

5.  Reorder (Reorganize censored clusters)

6.  Evaluate (Choose cluster)

7.  Focus (Choose idea that meets your P.A.T. best)

Use this process to develop topic ideas and to organize evidence.  This process is especially useful when working in a group, but can be done individually.
