The following nonprofit companies offer subcontract work arrangements.  These nonprofit programs work with businesses to meet their labor needs by matching workers with disabilities to contracted jobs.  Clients may perform work assignments at business locations or at the nonprofit program's facility.  The nonprofit program provides the training, accommodations as needed, and paid work opportunities.

This web site is a U.S. Department of Labor source for employers to hire
qualified college students and graduates with disabilities for summer
internships and long-term employment.

Employer Assistance Referral Network  -  U.S. Department of Labor

The U.S. Department of Labor offers a free nationwide service to connect
employers with job placement professionals who can identify qualified
candidates with disabilities for job openings in the company's geographic
area.

RecruitABILITY

RecruitABILITY is a nationwide online job posting and recruiting site for
employers who are interested in employing people with disabilities.
Employers can post job announcements and view job seekers' resumes

America's Jobline

This is a web site developed by the National Federation of the Blind in
cooperation with the U.S. Department of Labor.  Employers can post
job announcement openings, and job seekers can receive personalized
job search assistance in select states.

JobAccess

This online recruiting site can post employers' job opening announcements,
and employers can view job seekers' resumes online.

Able to Work

Able to Work is managed by the National Business and Disability Council.
Their web site includes an online recruiting job bank for posting employers' 
job opening announcements, and employers can view job seekers' resumes 
online.

The Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP)  -  U.S. Department of Labor

The Office of Disability Employment Policy's mission is to promote public 
and private efforts to recruit and employ workers with disabilities.  Employers interested in recruiting qualified individuals with disabilities can list their Internet employment page address at this web site for job seekers to view.
