When it comes to career planning and making career decisions, nothing is more important than "knowing thyself," and traveling the road toward self-discovery.  

The road you're about to travel has nine Mileposts, including eight self-assessment sections and a summary exercise, each designed to help guide you toward your final destination - your career exploration plan!  

After you complete these exercises, hopefully you'll have a better sense which career direction will be right for you.

It's important to note these assessments are merely guides.  If you have the opportunity to take more formal assessments and evaluations, you are encouraged to do so!  The more you learn about yourself, the easier it will be for you to make satisfying career choices and decisions.
