The Access Board is an independent Federal agency devoted to accessibility
for individuals with disabilities.  The Access Board is comprised of staff and
a governing board of representatives from Federal departments and public
members appointed by the President.

The Access Board provides ADA accessibility guidelines for facilities,
transportation, and communications.  Publications, technical assistance, and
