2. The lab orientation is done in class during the first few class sessions.
3. The quizzes are a combination of objective questions and hands-on projects.
4. The final exam includes Word, Excel and Access hands-on sections. You are given a chance to practice the final prior to completing it in class on the day of the final exam.
