The Sylvania Women's Resource Center sponsors a Women's Health Fair each fall. The fair is designed to increase
campus awareness of the numerous health issues women face and to provide
students, staff and faculty access to local, state and national health programs
addressing a broad range of health related topics, such as sexual and reproductive
health, breast and cervical cancer, heart disease and mental health.
A variety of health care practitioners are present each year at this one-day
fair to discuss careers in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Massage and
Naturopathic Medicine. PCC Allied Health program staff and students are
also available to share information about the Nursing, Dental and Radiology
programs offered at PCC Sylvania. Check out our calendar
