Before you contact me, please note that I can NOT assist you with:
- Financial Aid: I do not have access to your Financial Aid records nor can I tell you what grants you will be eligible for. Please contact Financial Aid directly for this information. To view your Financial Aid Status on the my.pcc.edu homepage - log into my.pcc.edu and click on My Records under Quick Links. Click on Student & Financial Aid, then Financial Aid to view your Financial Aid Status and other pertinent information.
- Student Complaints: I can not take action on student complaints regarding instructors. I can, however, direct you to the school's formal complaint and grievance procedures, found in the Student's Rights and Responsibilities handbook. Students are encouraged to first work directly with their instructors - preferably in a face-to-face meeting - to resolve any conflicts. If you believe you are the target of harrassment or discrimination, please contact Sylvia Welch in the Affirmative Action Office or the Dean of Students on your campus.
