Administrative Assistant and Office Management: Certificates
- Entry-level, short-term Career Pathway certificates
- A one-year certificate in Computer Applications and Office Systems, and
- An advanced Virtual Assistant certificate.
Classes include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint), keyboarding, Business Editing, Records Management, Accounting and Business Math, among others.
The CAS/OS Career Pathway certificates are designed to provide students with the training needed to gain entry-level jobs as an administrative assistant, clerical support staff, and receptionist.
The One-Year CAS/OS Certificate is designed to provide students with more in-depth computer applications and business training to further assist them in acquiring administrative skills.
The Virtual Assistant Certificate is designed for the administrative assistant professional with strong computer skills and work experience, who wants to start their own virtual assistant company. This new certificate teaches students how to set up their virtual office, including how to set up their own website.

Administrative and Office Management: Associate of Applied Science Degrees
CAS/OS also offers two Associate of Applied Science degrees in CAS/OS. These degrees can be completed in two years of full-time study and are designed to prepare students for more advanced administrative positions.
The Office Management degree includes more business classes.
The Administrative Assistant degree includes more computer applications classes.

Web Site Development and Design: Certificates
- Two entry-level Career Pathway certificates in Web Site Development, and
- A One-Year Certificate in Web Site Development.
The Web Development Career Pathway Certificates prepare students for entry-level jobs as Web Assistants.
The One Year Web Development Certificate deepens the students knowledge of web development and design, and prepares students to start their own web development company or work as a Web Assistant or entry-level Web Developer/Designer.

Web Site Development and Design: Associate of Applied Science Degree
We also offer an Associate of Applied Science degree in Web Site Development and Design. Students enrolled in this program choose a Development emphasis or a Design emphasis their second year.
The Development Emphasis includes classes in scripting, programming, PHP, ASP.Net, and Database Development.
The Design Emphasis includes classes in Basic Design and Multimedia. This degree prepares students for jobs as a Web Developer or Web Designer.
