| CASE
helps students by providing resources that meet their specific
needs. There are many resources in place to help students
succeed in getting an advanced technology degree, such as:
|
~CASE
Club~
CASE wants students to feel connected with the PCC campuses
and other students who are pursuing advanced technology degrees.
Therefore, the CASE Club has been created, which allows students
to network with one another and talk about similar issues.
The CASE club members also help the staff of the CASE Program
determine the needs of the program participants. |

~School-to-Work
Transition~
CASE also realizes that learning does not stop after students
receive their degree. One of the goals of CASE is to facilitate
the school-to-work transition for students studying advanced
technologies. Job shadows, and personal and virtual mentoring
are ways in which the CASE program eases the process of students
entering the workforce. CASE has a list of individuals and
corporations in advanced technology who are willing to support
the program and its students in a variety of ways. Some individuals
are willing to allow students to visit their workplace. Others
would like to be mentors to interested students. |
