Our fearless leader - a man of vision

There is a massive effort on the part of the administration (and apparently the corporate press) to manufacture support for a new direction in U.S. foreign policy and for a preemptive war with Iraq. Iraq is actually an example of the new policy which is for the U.S. to engage in preeemptive attacks against those it deems are a threat. For the current plan, see The National Security Strategy for the U.S. 2002 (Adobe format). Likewise, an number of half and distorted "facts" are being presented about Iraq and Saddam Hussein. The purpose of the links on this page is to put those "facts" in context, and to debunk the half-truths.
