Designing Web Pages Accessible to Everyone

Customers and employees who use computer assistive technology, such as screen reading software, are often unable to access company web sites due to inaccessible web page features.

To help you determine if your business web site is accessible, or to help you design an accessible web site, the following resources will provide the guidance and assistance you need.

Tips for Designing Accessible Web Pages - Job Accommodation Network (U.S. DOL)

This web site provides tips and easy instructions for making your web pages
accessible to everyone, including people with hearing impairments, sensory
impairments, motor impairments, and cognitive impairments.  Additional
helpful resources are provided.

Accessible Web Design  -  Northwest ADA/IT Center

This web site provides a number of resource links that can help you design
an accessible web site, or help you make needed modifications.

Center for Applied Special Technology  (CAST)  -  "Bobby"

"Bobby" is an online tool that can evaluate your web pages or web site for accessibility.  If your web site meets "Bobby Approval," you can display the
Bobby logo at your web site to show your web site is accessible to everyone.
